Hustai and Terelj National Parks are most likely travel areas for travellers who come to Mongolia. You take a few days and rest on the land of the eternal blue sky, and can get nomadic life experiences both will be the most memorable moments in your life. On this trip, you will stay overnight in the guest gear of nomads and enjoy horse riding and hiking to venture wild horses – wildlife and a plethora in the Hustai National Park and Terelj National Park.
Altanbulag – Nomad family – Ger Homestay – Horse ride
Your service team will pick you up from your location after that you have breakfast, then board the vehicle with your guide and stop off at Gandan Monastery – enter the temples, including that of the Megjid Janraisig with its huge golden Buddha statue. Afterwards, head west to the Altanbulag where you will be staying in a guest ger alongside a nomadic family. Enter the ger and experience the hospitality and traditional nomadic way of life – you can help make and drink milk tea, and taste homemade products such as yogurt and dried curds. In the afternoon you will ride a horse for an hour to a beautiful valley. In the evening enjoy a home-cooked dinner. Stay overnight in the guest ger alongside the nomad family.LD
Hustai National Park – Wild ‘Takhi’ horse – Terelj National park
Today you will travel to the archaeological site which is the period of the Tureg – ancient Mongolian empire. Continue travel in Hustai National Park, where you can hike to the mountain to venture the Takhi –Wild horse and a plethora of wildlife. Move to Hustai camp at the gate of the National Park and visit first the park’s information centre where you will learn about the plethora of wildlife roaming the National Park. Afterwards, you will have lunch at a camp of Hustai then a 3-hour drive to the Terelj National Park where you will venture into the place with fascinating views of rock formations such as turtle rock. In the afternoon you will hike to explore the national park such as visit the meditation temple and Turtle Rock. In the evening enjoy dinner at camp. Stay overnight in Ger camp.BLD

Occupancy: you can stay in a single, twin or double room/ger/tent (where applicable). Single occupancy may not be possible during the Naadam festival (July 5th -15th) at ger camps. At camps and ger homestays, single occupancy is subject to availability. Single and twin/double occupancy at ger camps require an extra supplement as shown in the above table.
