You will participate in all nomadic activities related to the birth period of several families from central Mongolia. Mongolian spring is relatively windy, sometimes stormy, particularly in the Gobi desert. The average day temperature of spring is – 3 to + 12 degrees during day time and -10 to +2 degrees at night. Eagle Festival (The Eagle festival organized near Ulaanbaatar is held in March while other longstanding festivals are held in Bayan-Ulgii province in September and October.) It is an annual Kazakh traditional event in Mongolia. This special event introduce the eagle-hunting rituals to the tourists, providing the opportunities to take thrilling photos with eagles, and educate yourself more about the Kazakh’s traditions.

Nauriz (Nowruz) or the Sun Festival, is a traditional holiday of the Kazakh people, an ethnic group that lives mostly in western Mongolia. Nowruz is the biggest holiday in the Kazakh year, marking the New Year of the Solar Hijri calendar. The holiday is celebrated in many countries, such as Iran, Turkey and Kazakhstan. Participants in the local festival can taste traditional food like Kazy or smoked horse meat, enjoy a parade in Ulgii city and become acquainted with the traditions and lifestyle of the Kazakhs.
During the spring months cycling trips, hiking, as well as Mongolia’s biggest folk art performances take place throughout the year.
