As a service orientated company, we have 16 permanent staff employ full time at the office and over 300 personnel throughout the country who employ during the main travel season. All our staff are well trained, in-depth experienced and possess good knowledge for local areas and host & guest’s expectations. Our managers who are responsible for different language speaking markets as English, German, Korean, Chinese, Russian and Japanese, communicate efficiently with our partners, speedily creating and helping to plan custom-made itineraries of unique travel products due to their clients’ wishes, and offering at most reasonable and attractive net prices.
Guides and local tour leaders are the most important element of safe and enjoyable adventures. Our guides/tour leaders speak English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese languages.
They possess very good knowledge of Mongolian history and culture and are normally skilled riders and trekkers and open-minded friends. For our special interest trips, we provide specialized expert guides (trail finders, grooms, alpinists, rock climbers, birders, and rafting specialists) who can lead the trip due to common required safety and security standards. We assure any journey is safe and comfortable with our well-trained guides’ advice and help.
Our drivers have many years of experience for driving through unmarked, unpaved countryside roads. They are not only good drivers but also they are very experienced mechanics. We train our drivers
Our field cooks are well-trained in hygiene and sanitation concerning food handling. During adventure trips, all meals are cooked with natural fresh water and ingredients and all drinking water is boiled.
