This particular trip is dedicated to those who love peculiar natural terrain and formations. There, you have the opportunity to experience one of the natural wonders: sudden temperature differences, heavy rain, and strong winds have eroded a granite mountain for hundreds of millions of years since the Mesozoic. It’s only a giant turtle-shaped rock formation crafted by natural processes.
We will pick you up from your hotel and travel to Terelj National Park, an 80 km drive. We will visit a landmark of the area called Turtle Rock. Then we will visit the meditation temple called Ariyabal and explore the whole place. There, you can hike through a flower-carpeted slope to the ger camp. We’ll be staying overnight in the Ger camp. We will travel 100 km to Gun Galuut Nature Reserve. Herds of wild mountain sheep, or Argali, live in this nature reserve. On the way, we will visit the Equestrian Statue, situated in Tsonjin Boldog. In the late afternoon, we will travel to Baits and Berkh Mountain to spot the wild mountain sheep and other animals. We’ll be staying overnight in the Ger camp. BLD
